Fundraising
Program Questions: |
| |
Q: How soon
can I start my fundraiser?
A: As soon as you select your fundraiser dates,
we will send your fundraising packages to you so
you may start right away.
Q: Do you provide fundraiser forms?
A: Yes, we provide pre-printed sales brochures,
order forms, tally sheets, and collection
envelopes collated for each participant in
individual poly bags free of charge for your
convenience. We also provide posters to
advertise your fundraiser. Our order forms are
in triplicate for better record-keeping. One
goes to the customer, one to the group member
who pre-sold the order, and one to the
fundraising coordinator.
Q: What is the turnaround time from the end
of the sale to the delivery?
A: We prefer to allow 10 – 15 days after the end
of the sale. This allows enough time for late
orders to be included in the delivery.
Q: Please explain the delivery process?
A: Our delivery process is an important step in
making your fundraiser a success. Our delivery
service will arrive at the delivery location at
the specified date and time. Each order will be
carefully boxed, sorted and labeled for each
individual seller. We will also identify all
orders by grade level and classroom or as
instructed by our fundraising coordinator. When
the pick-up time comes, everything will be ready
for each of your participants.
Q: Can I order your products through another
fundraising organization?
A: No, we make our products available direct to
you in order to maximize the profits you receive
for your school or organization.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Claims for damaged items must be made within
10 days of receipt of goods. A return
authorization number must be obtained from our
Fundraiser Customer Representative. All returned
products are subject to our inspection before
exchange is issued. |

Candle & Wax
Pottery Questions: |
| |
Q: How long
can I expect the candles to last?
A: If you follow the burning instruction on the
bottom of your candle, the square pillar should
burn 80 – 90 hours. The 22 oz. fill should burn
140 – 150 hours. The Wax Pottery spheres are
designed to release the fragrance of a candle
without the need of an open flame. We suggest
protecting fine tabletops and linens by placing
Wax Pottery on a stand, plate, or other
protective surface.
Q: Is it possible to store the candles to use
next year?
A: Yes. Seasonal wax pottery can be stored in a
Ziploc bag to retain its fragrance. Botanical
candles should be stored upright, wrapped in
newspaper or waxed paper.
Q: What kind of wax do you use in your
candles?
A: To maximize the life and scent of the
candles, we use the highest quality soy blends,
paraffin mottling waxes and fragrance oils.
Q: Do you have a product testing procedure?
A: Yes! Each product we develop undergoes
stringent test procedures in our research and
development lab: fragrance solubility,
temperature stress, color stability, wick
evaluation, burn testing, and package testing,
to insure the consistent quality and safety of
all our product offerings. |
